Sleeping Dacshound

Here's my puppy, Greta, sleeping in the sun on my deck.
I'm new to photography and trying to learn all I can so for these I was shooting them and compiling them for HDR.
I know there are some focus issues and there is a good deal of noise but I am not sure how to reduce noise in photoshop.
pretty much all at F/4.5 ISO-400 and 1/500 on a 400D with Tamron 28-200mm
