Santa gave me the Canon PowerShot A40 digital camera for Christmas.
I installed the two disks (Solution disk and Arsoft) and I can take a normal picture in the automatic mode, insert the CFcard into my printer slot and download the pictures with ease (I have an HP 950 Printer).....however, when I take a picture in the movie mode, I cannot get it to download. So then I hooked up the USB cable and nothing happens at all.....it just does not download. I am not very swift when it comes to computer talk, but can anybody help me?
I would like to be able to send an email to a friend with audio and video. It shows up fine on the LCD monitor on the camera, so I know that it is working!
