That's a beautiful image. I hope you have a large print made to frame & hang. (it would look great in my house! LOL)

Very nice, Scott. Personally I would take a touch of yellow out of it, and remove the clump of grass at the bottom center margin (it draws the eye to it). But it's a beautiful scene.

I agree that the clump of grass is distracting. Great shot! Very peaceful!

Very nice! You know that Horse Illustrated has a yearly photography contest. You should consider this! This year is already closed, but there is always next! http://www.horsechannel.com/horse-news/2009/02/16/equine-ideal-winter-photo-contest.aspx

Thanks for all the compliments on the Misty Morning Sunrise picture. To be honest I am quite suprised at the compliments. I'm kinda new to this photography thing and didnt think the pictures was all that good. I deleted the original "larger" file:cry::cry::o:cry::cry:.

Thanks again for the kind words.

Have written over it or formated it? If not, you can still pull the original file off it. It's not easy but there are utilities to do it.

This photograph is worth trying to save the original. Again, as long as you haven't written over it:confused:

I went on-line trying to find a freebie recovery system (I'm cheap like that) and found a couple that said they were free but once you downloaded them and scanned the card (I actually found the original version of the Sunrise/Horse picture) and then tried to retrieve the picture it was then they wanted you to pay $40 for the full version "in order to retrieve your lost data"

I am not recommending this because I haven't used it. But it is free although he does ask for a donation. And I have seen some raving reviews.

I am also cheap like that! I use a lot of shareware/freeware.
