Cursor default in PS

When using PS the cursor has become like a target cross hatch & I cannot see it when I go into a photo, how do I change it back to default setting please.

I thought it changed depending on the tool you have selected.

Maybe you have selected the marquee tool, for making selections for crops, adjustments etc. Just click to the Move tool (top right of the floating menu bar)

See if you have Caps lock turned on. If so, turn it off.
