I am wanting to upgrade my G9 to a DSLR canon wants $300 + G9 for a xti refurb. I was looking at the nikon D60 with 2 lense kit on ritzcamera.com I am buying my next camera from ritz here localy b/c they give classes on how to use your new camera and believe me I know nothing about photography aside from point and click. so How much could I sell my G9 for it is in perfect condition no scratches. I have looked online and the best offer was for $230 is that good?

Ballpark $300-350 with box and all of the paperwork/software in mint condition in the US.
In the end, everything is only worth what someone will pay. So, you have to find someone who is willing and able to buy it!

I have found Amazon to be in the general range of fair prices around. Here's their listings for used G9s at the moment, to give you an idea. Sure you don't want to keep it? I graduated from my G9 to a 40D, and I sure am glad I kept the G9 ~ I use them both, as I find they each have unique features that I use and like! (I'm an ubernoob too)

Those are "asking" prices and not necessarily an accurate indicator of current selling prices. They are pretty high compared to actual selling prices for used G9's.

I would agree with the others who say around 300$ with all the original items. The Amazon prices are on the high side and they won't sell for that price.
