Need Quick Help

I just bought a domain on godaddy just so that I can link people to my smugmug, myspace and other sites related to my nightlife photography.
I would like to know what is the simplest way to make a basic site with just the website links, contact info and a blog?
what I am thinking is just a plain gloss black background with all the links in the middle and two tabs at the top corners for blog and contact info.

I've never used it, but GoDaddy advertises "web site tonight" as a quick way to get a web site up if you know nothing about creating a web site. You might try it and see if it's good enough, I assume it's simple, the way they pitch it.
