Lens hoods on bag

hi i have a lowepro flipside 400aw, i have seen pictures of the flipside that fit 2 dslrs, one with lens attached, one long lens, extra lenses, and flashes, but i have never seen their lens hoods.
my question is that where do they put their lens hood? in the same bag or in an extra bag???:D

Aren't the hoods just reversed on the lens when storing in the bag?

well it can't fit properly to the bag with the hood reversed on the lens, especially on the 17-55 because it is placed in my 50d, and when i reverse it, i have a hard time placing the 70-200 with the lens hood also reversed. i seen pictures of them fitting both but the 70-200 doesnt have any hood reversed..
