This is a portrait shot of my nephew Lawson,with natural light.

(the yellow on his chin and the sides of his mouth is some of his dinner :lol: )

I know you were going for a more candid feel, but it looks more like a set-up portrait. If you wanted the candid style portrait, have a setting to compliment it.

I took the shots on the spur of the moment.Just to see what the lens was like for portraits.I'll remember next time to get the wet-wipes out.

Oh and nice job with the PS'ing

What a handsome lad! I used my 95mm macro for protrait until I got my 85mm. Soem real nice work again Alan!

Nice shots Alan. I love our EF100 Macro too. Excellent lens for portrait I think.
