Hi all!
This is my first post on this site. I have found sofar this site to be very informative. I look foward to talking with you all in the near future. All that aside for now, I have a couple questions fro you all to tackle.

I would appreciate your thoughts on a decision I need to make. I currently own 50mm f1.8,17-40mm f4 and 70-200mm f4 with a 420EX speed light. Also, own, Elan7 and Canon I960 Printer. I did own the Drebel for while and just sold it. Originally sold the Drebel to buy the Canon 20D, but now having second thoughts on money better spent. My shooting styles are tripod mounted 75% of the time for landscape shots. Remaining 25% is for journalistic style photography. I have no weight or size issues what so ever. To be honest with you all, I never liked the color of the Drebel body.
I have 1500.00 to upgrade on the digital side. What I am between,

A: Canon D20 body 1500.00

B: Rebel 350XT body 899.00, Vertical grip 150.00 or so, Canon 85mm 1.8 350.00 and Second battery $?

C: Rebel 350XT body 899.00, Vertical grip 150.00, Better printer 400.00 and maybe Second battery $?

Thank you for all of your opinions.

The one disadvantage with the XT over the 20D is every time you want to change some mode you need to go through two steps to do it. Like push a button while spinning a dial as an example. A couple people I know bought an XT and returned it in favor of the 20D because of this reason.

Sure its a disadvantage, but I can tell you that you get used very quickly. It took me no more than a couple of days of shooting before I was able to do almost what I need to do even in total darkness (or not looking, actually, the screens are alredy a source of light :D)
