Waterfalls

Visiting North Carolina, one of my favorite activities is seeking out waterfalls. They have hundreds of them, but here are two very pretty ones.

Appreciate the comments. I should have posted capture data, but didn't think of it.

The first is Silver Run Falls, about 25 feet high. I used the 10-22 lens at 14 mm, 1/160 sec at f 9.0. I took others at slower speeds, but wanted to post one with faster shutter speed.

Looking Glass Falls is 60 feet high. I used the kit lens at 38 mm, 1/10 sec at f 11. Again, I took shots at different shutter speeds. This one gave the smooth water I like. It was taken at 7 pm and was number 11 on the day. I was just too tired to walk the steps to the bottom and get a different perspective. I do plan to return and go to the bottom.
