Came back from my short trip down to Aus (Yes, I barely spent more time on the ground than on the plane) with a few photos Im happy with. Needless to say C&C is always good :) All done with 40D and 35L, since thats all I brought (+tripod) Images link to corresponding flickr pages
First stop at the aquarium: They had a nice exhibit with Jellyfish and colored lighting.

After bumming around for a bit, next up was the Opera house. Needless to say 35L couldnt fit everything in well, so it was time to get adventurous with the composition

Fast forward to that night-Unfortunately I forgot Sydney becomes dark so early in May so I was woefully unready for the right light. By the time I got to Darling Harbour with my tripod (tired as hell from walking around all day) it was pretty dark. Fortunately the pano still came out decently

Woke up next morning at around 5am due to jetlag, which was good since it gave me an excuse to get outside to shoot during sunrise.

POTN Appreciation Image:
the NSW State Library had a great exhibit of press photos (see http://www.sl.nsw.gov.au/events/exhibitions/2009/world_press/index.html) which I stumbled upon. They also had this sweet body spread that made me drool more than a bit

BTW-Whats a good place for uploading panos? Flickr's 1024pix width maximum really doesnt do those panos justice.
