It's taken with G1. No extra lenses, but what I did for the picture was this:
I took my binoculars and got the big lens out of it, tried to use G1 thru it. Wow, it did something to the picture alright, I have about 0.7x macrolens here :). Then I thought that if I have one, why try the second with it?
Okay, this wasn't that optimized for it, because having the small hole to the target, the outcome on the picture was as above: black rounded area. That didn't mind me, by this I have about 0.4x macrolens here. Althou the whole "lens" is quite large, it takes about 13cm of space, and I took the pictures with 21.0mm and macro on, with focus on infinity, so I only get to shoot targets in 0-2cm. For this picture I used 420EX with 1/250 shutter and F8.0.
I also tried to scan the same page from a computer mag (Tietokone -mag in Finland, has high quality paper in it :), and the outcome was terrible. Althou I have $150 scanner, with 1200lpi it came out terribly.
Thank god for G1, this is almost microscopical :)
