I was there. Unfortunately the position I was in was somewhat ruined by gale force winds and so-called "race fans" who insisted on trying to take photos of the racing on mobile phones.
They were sticking their arms out in front of me which was interfering with my view down the road the autofocus of the camera kept picking them up.
Must be some mobile if they can take pics of bikes doing 180mph, but there you go.
In between, got the odd one when they weren't looking. Just one of the hazards of not having a media pass unfortunately. :cry:

the field area on the right at the exit of Ballysally is great for getting a good shot. a lot of media guys use it instead of the media areas.

Thats where I had been for the practice evening. It's nice and close and gives you good action.

Na that wasn't me. I was down a the york area and then moved up near the grid.
