Hi Phil, not sure whether or not it's my monitor but the colours look a bit out on some of these. Someone with a calibrated monitor may be able to correct me if I'm wrong though. #2 is a bit soft and also couldn't help noticing the decapitated speccy in the Micra shot!
Like that angle for the last one.
All the best,
Rhod.

Hi Jon,
Yeah been having alot of focus problems with 40d. Not happy with camera at all. Tried allsorts, al servo,al focus, central focus as well as all 9 point auto focus points. Thanks for your comment on the last shot. Out of about 200 pics that one was my fav as well, taken with the 40d and 24-70 2.8 lens.
Regards.

Hi Rhodri,
Thanks for the comments. I'm still suffering from focus issues on 40d and i only just noticed the guy with his head cut off in micra shot. The angle on the last one was my fav as well.
Regards.

Here's a couple more, straight from camera. i no there a bit tight on the crop but they look alright on my laptop ( in focus and colours look ok ). just wanted to see whether anyone else thinks there ok.Taken with the 40d and 70-200 2.8 lens. I find this lens a struggle because of the weight so any comments would be welcome.

What lenses are you using? if you've got some decent glass try this,
I find when i use my 40d i achieve the maximum out of the camera by using ai servo, Centre Focus point at all times unless using a slower shutter speed like on hairpin shots etc then i use all round points.
If your only using Jpeg i would maybe set incamera sharpening to +2 you will see some mega results then.
Cheers,
Jon.S

Some nice shots number 2 is a bit soft. I really like the Andy Burton shot and the drivers face on number 5 is well caught.
Thanks for sharing

Hi elvis,
Thanks for comments about pic's. The escort shot seems to be the fav at the mo. It's been one of my better pic's i've taken.
Thanks
