Nice lighting on her face, but a little too much from the right side of her face. Diagonal shadows across her face would be a little better for modeling.

Her hands are too bright. You could probably burn them in a bit in post processing.

Otherwise, good composition, excellent interest, good exposure and color balance.

Odd title -- I was expecting maybe to see a macro shot of a bad lice infestation. Interesting pose. Her hands are prominent, almost too prominent outside the focus range, yet manage to pull you into the photo. And the scarf further draws the eye inward. Nice idea. I'd like to see her face lit perhaps just a tad more evenly and her eyes seem on the soft side (hard to tell at this size) but all up, there's a lot to like here. Great effort!

I really like this shot, it does seem that the hands are slightly too bright but that can be easily fixed.
