Here's a few shots I took at the show on Friday. My first air show. It was really cloudy but at least it didn't rain.

That F22 shot looks awesome! Yeh it was overcast out here all day I did an automotive shoot and it was a bit tough.

That must be a first. It rained every year I was stationed there and had to work the airshow. In fact, I think the word was it had rained every year for the last 12 years or something. I love the F-22 shots.

IMO, there's enough prop blur here to show motion. The trade off (in a good way) has yielded what looks to be a pin sharp Mustang portrait.

Peruse this gallery (http://www.pbase.com/gbloore/chino_2009) by a gentleman who (IMO) is in Mr. Archer's class and notice some of his shutter speeds (and, notice where his ISO is on some of them...)
