I tried AI Servo today with my little godson running around. I activated CFn4-1 so I just held the * button and pressed the shutter in continuous drive mode and followed him. He was running pretty quick and I was in Tv mode with a 1/125s shutter speed. I guess i need a lot more practice with it, but I like the results considering it's my first trial.

It can be pretty handy, I use it a lot for theatre work, though they don't always come out as well as yours have here.

Danmmaaaaaann!!! his name is Ganja . .. I just saw his owners today . . . and i meant to ask them again what kind of puppy he is, but i forgot. I think (and I'll let you know later if I'm wrong) he is a shizhu (sp?). I'll see them again tomorrow. Hopefully, i'll remember to put the camera down and ask them what kind of dog he is . . . hehe

Mark, practice using AI Servo every chance you get and it'll become 2nd nature to you, even to the point where, when you lose focus lock, you'll automatcially release the thumb, reposition your AF point, and then press the "*" button again to acquire focus without even missing a heart beat or thinking about it. ;)
