Might look a little better through a DIGIC processor ;)

First off, your images are too large. Try keeping them 1024 long or under. You'll get more feedback that way. It is super slow loading, bud.
Crits...
1) You got some hot spots, but for the most part it is exposed properly. The subject is kinda boring to me. I'm also not feeling the white vignette (frame). But I like the bokeh. And the image partially draws me in. So, it's not all bad.
2) I like the shot, but I would much rather prefer the closest stalk to be in focus. It looks like your focus hit the far left stalk, which unbalances the shot. Also, there is a lot of banding and particles in the sky. But, I assume that's just from compression.
3) Kind of a neat shot, but the turtles back is overexposed and you have many hot spots. You should be able to correct that in post. Looks like you may of missed the focus just a bit on this one as well.
4) Cute. But, not digging the PP on this one. It looks too dark to me, and the detail is unable to be seen.
5) One of the better shots posted. The subject is interesting enough, and I love the distant duck/goose swimming in. Again, good bokeh. This one also looks a bit soft to me.
6) Definitely soft. Missed focus, which is a bummer because this would of been a nice one. The BG is also kinda weird. The white that seems to follow the bill is a distraction.
7) The only thing interesting in this one for me is the sun. But, honestly ... it's just lacking a focal point. The gate, the electrical box, and the man between the tree branches is an eye sore, in my opinion. That said, I will say that I like the PP work on this shot and the colors have a nice pop to them. I would find another subject and apply this PP to it.
8 ) This time you have a good subject, but again .. the whole thing looks OOF to me. You also have an exposure issue on this one as well. And the PP makes the subject too orange/red. The image also seems kinda noisy. This is probably because you are shooting @ ISO 400 + the PP work. The water does not look happy either. Truthfully, looks like crude oil.
All in all the shots are not bad. They just need more attention to detail. Maybe shooting the birds at a higher shutter speed would allow you to hit that focus a little better.
And finally, I'm not sure what's up with the time stamps??
But it'd lose that faster than you can say "DIGIC Processor".
The EXIF has the date, so these are distractions that are unneeded.
Hope that helps.

Arrghh huge!
A mod will change this soon I think (convert them to links for you). You have to keep it at 1024 on the longest side.
First problem, you're using a Nikon. :p (just kidding)
One thing... don't put the date on the photo...
When they're resized I'll give them another look. :)

I hope so. It took me another painful lag to reload all the images, upon revisit.
OP, feel free in reposting resized images, to help us out.
Thanks.
