It looks like you hit the peak of the action. However, second curtain flash makes it look like the blur of the ball and her arm are shadows. It has the effect of making it seem like you shot her with a flash in front of a backdrop. So I don't think it's effective here.

Composition-wise, she's kind of floating in space. Without the net or another player to provide some context on the left, I would crop it tighter.

That was my first thought, too, but it does add kind of a 3-D effect.

Thank you for correcting me on this. I will not make this mistake again. Yes, I have problem with the singular and plural and also past and present tense. I thaught "feedback" is a noun...... so I can count and when I see many feedback..... I end it with an "s" hahaha. Don't know why I cannot get this right. Hahaha..... Thank you and appreciated.
