Rig shots are using 30D + 10-22
The others are using a combination of 5D2, 1D3, 70-200, 24-70, 15mm fisheye, 16-35...you should be able to figure out what was used for which pic by just looking at it (or via the exif).

It sure looks like one, I do not remember the ZCP (or competition package) coming with those kind of seats or are those aftermarket.

You're right. It's a ZCP but modded with some rare CSL parts like bumper, carbon fibre air box (as you can see below), trunk lid, front & back seats as you pointed out (and there's probably a few more I'm missing).
