I like where you were going with this but, to be honest, it just doesn't do it for me. There is no clear focus and the picture is just too busy. That's just me though.

Vertical lines aren't quite vertical. Could do with a quick Clockwise rotation.

Heaps better.
I would still put in the few extra degrees and maybe crop where the building ends at the far right.

It is looking much more natural now.
