can anyone here help me how to resize photos by batch..

I use ACDSee Pro, you can batch resize, rename, watermark, sharpen, color adjust, convert file types & more. You can do each separately or select each one you want and do them all at once.

I use the batch editor in photoscape. It's free and works good.

You can also give Picasa a try, free as well.

Canon's DPP (Digital Photo Professional) works well for batch resizing.
