my camera at iso 1k looks grainy as it's a D60 not a 60D. but i tossed a median on it. Let me know what you guys think and what I could improve.

I like the second one with all the shadows from the fence my only thing is the face is just a bit blurry. The first one is a bit too dark for me.

I like #1 but Id like to see the left side of his face lit up more.
I hate to look at #2 because his crotch is in my face. Yuk.

I like the rim lighting, but it missed out on his shoulders. Could also use just a bit more light from this side of the subject - he's a little too silhouetted.

In the second shot it is very dramatic, but the focus is too near the camera and it should be further away, thus getting his face more in focus and the trunks less sharp.
