My first HDR + Some trains

Sunday was probably the nicest day so far this year in Cincinnati (except for today) so I was out shooting some trains with my friends.

1: My first HRD. Still trying to grasp what works the best for an HDR, but pretty happy with my first attempt. Location was behind Cincinnati's Longworth Hall. Pretty much a grab shot, because my car was nasty and I was in the middle of chasing a train.

2: A former Conrail SD60M leads a train up Erlanger hill in Cresent Springs KY.

Still trying to grasp what works the best for an HDR, It looks just OK for an HDR, but what works best for black cars isn't bright sunlight. See the link in my Sig and next time look for things like those banners & whatever is in the window before you shoot it.

Yeah, looking over it again I wish I would of taken the time to put the rear windows down, and obviously have it clean. I didn't even think of those banners, but they do distract.
