Probably the blades got stuck... do u see the diaphragm when you look inside the lens?
Cleaning the lens wasnt' a good idea.

As the lens fairly new (under a few weeks old) - if it is to your dealer that the first call should be made; they should replace the lens under warranty. Canon will repair your lems unde warranty but will not replace it with a new one. Oh, and anything is fixable if you have the parts and the money.
Really cleaning the external front and rear elements is NOT going to make the slightest difference to the problem if it is the iris which is stuck - you are just wasting your time and may just create a problem with over-enthusiastic cleaning......But you say you "damage my lense" (sic). If it broke by itself how did you damage it? What really happened?
I hope that the the "sports gig" you are going to do is in a sport you know more about than you do your photographic equipment!
