I took this shot yesterday evening, and still can't decide if i like it or not!?!?! Any thoughts appreciated. ;)

Doesn't really do much for me... My eye is drawn to the railing in the forground which is in focus, but then I'm left feeling "what am I supposed to be looking at".

I like the railing as a photographic elements - adds depth to the photo. You also have some nice shallow DOF. However, the background it way too busy for my tastes....way too much going on back there.

The only thing that really bugs me about this is the blown sky, although i can definitely see where you're coming from with the busy background.

I quite like the contrast of the shot. You're obviously not trying to convey any deep meaning with this shot, so it's just something nice to look at.
Had there been a more interesting point of focus, it could have been better, but for what it is, I like.

Doesn't really do much for me, no real subject here. I think it would be better if the railing led my eye to something more interesting than the blown highlights.
