I am trying to shoot 20 oz plastic bottles of pepsi. I am using a light box, but the bottles are so reflective you can see the cube edges in the light box. I tried wrapping in black, but i loose light, I tried wrapping in white, but you can then see reflections of everything, including the camera and the lights....

I saw a great article a while back on shooting beer bottles. The gist was the guy used 3M spray mount adhesive (applied to the side of the facing the camera) and a water/glycerin mix in a spritz bottle to apply controlled condensation. He was using a foil applied to the back of the bottles but not sure how effective that will be with soda.
Also you might try moving your softbox in real close and adding a white reflector (V-card) to the other side, this will actually increase reflections, but might make them more controllable and/or attractive.
