Battery grip hosed me during wedding last night...

What's the procedure for getting it replaced? Was there a serial number range or? I coudln't figure out why the camera kept shutting off when I went to review images, but it ended up that I was holding it different and tweaking the camera/grip a little bit with the weight of the flash and bracket on it.

Any help is appreciated so I can start the process of hopefully getting this thing replaced.
