I'm told that this is some sort of daisy. It looks like one on steroids! This pic is only slightly larger than life size! ;)

Could be a mini dahlia of sorts or a chrysanthemum. Whatever it is, it is a beautiful flower. Good eye and good camera for that kind of shot.

Wonderful color. The framing just makes it jump out of the monitor.

Thank's Marie. Do you know what it's called?
it's beautiful
it may be any of these :
'anemone blanda'
aster .. 'lady hindlip'
I am wondering if you got it in the flower shop
 maybe in a pot or as part of a bunch of flowers for your mum
if so , it's most likely chrysanthemums .... 'enbee wedding'
or last, but not least
mesembryanthemum.... 'livingstone daisy'
you framed it beautifully

Thanks Laz & Allen.
Marie: Mom got it from my cousins at Easter, so it's probably a chrysanthemums of some sort. Mom knows Mums though, & was told that it was some sort of daisy, so I wondered. Thanks.
re: "you framed it beautifully" :D:D:D so... on this one you like a frame? ;)
