Not sure of your budget Mike, but Jerry Kacey (kaceyenterprises.com) is making a beauty dish and the brackets and hardware for use with Speedlight's. Very well made and durable for location work as well as studio.

go with the kacey beauty dish. it is worth it and more. i love this thing. i also bought the grids off saxonpc.com a 40degree grid for like 35 bucks. the only thing that sux is ya gotta use green clips to keep it in place, but it save a ton of $$
