What is chimping ?

Not very good sounding word. I admit (but not sure) it comes from the word 'chimpanzee' and somehow is diminishing to the person doing it, even if he is making sure the histogram is where it is supposed to be.
So how do you call a GWC with a very expensive camera that after each shot runs up to the subject even if there are many, makes them look at the LCD starts making funny face, laughing and otherwise show behaviour of the above menitioned animal ? :-)

You're right (I think...lol) I always heard the term came from people looking at the LCD and going 'oooh, oooh, oooh' ,kinda like the sound a chimp makes ;)

I call them grossly unprofessional, and a real pain in the glutei.
