D30 blurred picts f1.8-4

Weird thing here. My D30 makes blurred pics if the aperture is lower than 4. Same issue with my Canon 50mm 1.8/II and Sigma 28-70EX/2.8 so it isn't al lens issue.
What can it be? It doesn't matter at what shutterspeed or with tripod.
In a short story:
Expensive (light sensitive) lenses are worthless for my D30.
Return the camera to Canon? It's out of warranty so what will it cost.
I've sent Canon (here in Holland, Europe) an email but no response

Could be focusing problem.
If you posted some examples it would be easier to analyze the problem.
Shoot some examples with depth.
