I like the family photo, too!
Not a fan of selective coloring and huge frames around photos, but that's very subjective as long as the B&G like them! :)

I think they're all very nice. I also dislike selective color (though brides ask all the time and ya gotta give 'em what the want). But I think it works in #4 which is an excellent shot. The only one I'm not crazy with is #3. The flash, though off camera, is too harsh. Invest in a shoot-through umbrella or bounce it. The pose is also a little uninspired. Nonetheless, no reason to shake over these shots; ya done good.

lol His workflow is importing his photos to Lightroom, classifying each photo using the starring option, creating a collection, seperating them in categories like Landscapes, Cities, etc. Editing in Lightroom and, when necessary, editing in Photoshop. Finally exporting photos to a file and often make copies of files because photos are irreplacable.
This is the condensed version of what he wrote.lol

As someone that also is not a huge fan of selective coloring I love shot #4. It just works there. Nice job.

You certainly have the talent, now invest in a second flash to eliminate the shadow in # 3 and you are there.

Really like #4, must've taken a long time to isolate all the color like that.
