For those who ordered Crumpler online

How was your Crumpler bag packaged when you ordered online? Was the bag placed in a clear Crumpler plastic bag? Was there just some packaging paper stuffed in the front pouch compartment and nothing in the main compartment? Also is there a tag attached to the bag?

I ask because the front two buckle clips on my bag has some scratches on it.

Yeah it was in a plastic bag (which I vaguely recall had the crumpler logo on it - may be imagining it though), it had a piece of card in the front pocket and a big label tagged to it. Came from Amazon.

My wife also has a crumpler. Her's came in a plain, heavy plastic bag that was sealed. It had no stuffing, but it did have a tag on it. Came from ebags.

No notable damage to either item.

The bag looks new. Only the front two plastic buckle clips has some scratches on it. Weird.
