Ok, Second try. Sorry about the first attempt, I didn't like the green background and after I converted them to jpeg, it just got uglier.
Here is the original story:
I've got a new project coming up . These are some test shots with similar bottles, actual product will be perfume (similar size/color). Please let me know what you do or don't like.

Looking great!
The orange one's label is quite hard to read but I guess thats part of the difficulty in shooting this specific subject.
Also, the crop of the reflections seem to be a bit awkward. A tighter crop on the bottom might alleviate this. Perhaps less of a crop too lol.

This may / may not apply to the actual product shots but in this case:
Id remove the rear labels of the 2 leftmost bottles. I find the bar code in the middle one to be distracting. Also in the middle one there is some printed stamp on the bottom of the bottle.
I also agree the crop of the reflections needs improvement.
And maybe its just be but the focus seems off -- the photo looks soft around the bottle caps & text.
I think something has to be done about the readability of the yellow label. With this white background, I don't know what you can do other than trying to change the angle.
Do you have a setup shot? I am just curious about how you lit this.

I'd love to see your lighting setup too. What are the dimensions of your base?

The shot they sent me is from a phone camera from the 1990s. I can tell it's perfume only because they said it in the email. They're in pre-production right now for more demo bottles and some fake liquid the same color/consistency.
That being said, no idea if they will have back labels, I doubt it. Also I'm hoping that it isn't clear. that was more of a problem than anything else. Although the White label on the orange is very hard to read.
As far as focus, it's f/16 I think and the focus is on the name (100mm FF) and from the orange bottle it looks pretty in focus. Let me know if you see something that I don't.
I'll do another crop, I was hoping to do a full reflection but I couldn't find a high enough angle to let me do that and keep everything readable. These are only about 3" tall.
Lighting setup attached.

It's a white (art store) sheet, 24" x 48". There is plexiglass underneath everything obviously. That's I think 20" x 36", not much bigger. The setup is still up in one of the stations so I'll take a shot later on today.

Here is the setup and an uncropped image. Also I figured out why the cap doesn't look sharp. I never went through my normal workflow for these, so they never got imported into LR and therefore were never sharpened. Good eye -- I didn't notice it until I went and looked at the original.
The "darker" area which was original cropped out is the reflection of the black muslin from behind the subjects. I just ran out of the white paper to cover the top as well.

The 580EX was pulled back so that there wouldn't be strain on the arm for nothing. It was directly above subject 's background area.

Thanks for the setup shots.
Quick question,
In the uncropped version, the horizon is much harsher.
Any reason for this? Or was it softened PP originally?
