i like the composition, wish it was a little less flat, maybe boost the contrast a little?

Nice photo. Did you use a polarizing filter? I'm wondering because the sky is so dark.

Blended two raw files together, a bit dismayed about the trees being so dark but nobody seems to notice anyway.
Just a monochrome shot taken to expose the foreground, and then a monochrome shot taken to expose the sky. Used burn on the sky to make it more dramatic and lessen the overexposed hilights.
Thanks for enjoying :)

is it just me or the picture needs a little horizon adjustment?

I was thinking the same thing. A tad to the right perhaps.
Karl, great capture, good blending of the two exposures.
I really enjoy looking at this image.

Maybe inport it into lLR if you got it and pump up recorvery slider that should help bring back some of the tree highlights. Great picture but I agree with you, the trees are a little dark.

Wish the trees were a little brighter just to make the post work a little less apparent. Beautiful nonetheless!

Great shot. I love the balance in the composition with the hourglass-like shape.

Follow the waterfall, unless there were hurricane force winds, it should be falling straight down.
