I love my Canon i9900 but don't love my ink cost. Has anyone had any experience with a bulk feed system for this printer? Mediastreet has such a system but I don't want to make that committment ($299) without some assurance of performance and cost.

If you don't mind do it your self than try the Weink kit or the full system which is more expensive.

This link only sells parts to make a Continus Ink System.

Thanks for the input, Terry. I looked into the DIY route but don't think I want to spend the time on it. I would still need to know how the system performs with the i9900. Well, time to order a new set of tanks. :(

Many people are happy with JLWSales' CIS system for the R200, so I can only guess that the i9900 should be similar.
