Interesting shot. Is the colour on the ladies face a reflection from the book or is there another light source?

You have done well in capturing some midtones and highlights, could easily have become a silhoutte because of the background. That is a window, I presume.

I really like that. I would just clone out the window sticker above the book. Should be easy with blown area around it.
