Beautiful pic, I think it would have looked better if you could have moved that tree out of the way though. J/k great shot.

Great photo. What B&W conversion did you use?

Thanks Jaime.
I did the normal adjustments, such as levels, contrast, and curves, then I converted to Grayscale, and Duotone. Glad you enjoyed it.

I like it. The only thing I'd change is removing the small brush on the bottom right. I think the tree is acceptable. Good shot.

Great picture! The fog is really nice, finishes it off.

I really like this shot, but have to agree about the bush on the right. Just wondering what it would look like in colour

Here's the color version. I haven't had a chance to remove the bush, but I'll play around with it when I can. That might clean it up a little. Thanks for the suggestions.

I hope you don't mind I played a bit with the channel mixer layer in PS (from the color photo you posted) and got to this two images below.
One using the green channel -all channels set to zero except the green in the green channel, wich was kept to 100%.
And on the second image, using the red channel, instead.
What do you think?
Note. If you want me to take out this two versions, please let me know and I will remove them immediatly.

Jaime,
I don't mind at all. I appreciate any suggestions that will help. I like both versions. I may have a slight preference to your first version with the green channel. I'm really not sure.
Please do not remove them from the thread. I'm happy to have your input, and am learning more each time I post.
Thanks for taking the time to assist.

how did you get the edged frame to the photo in the first post?

sageone,
I used the action Foreground Color Frame in Photoshop. It's a pretty simple action for selecting your desired color for the frame. When I run it, I make sure I have my eyedropper tool selected. It will stop and prompt you to select the color you want.
On color shots, its fun to try different colors from your picture. On black and white, I will normally let it use the default foreground color, which I try to have set as black.
I hope that helps.

Definitely better in B&W, and a beautiful shot. The fog is perfect, framing is good.

Great photo! I like it a lot. All I can say is that if it were mine, I'd crop the bottom to get rid of the open space on the left, and finish with the fog on the right. But, that's a minor thing, and just personal taste. I really like the tree in the foreground. And, I can't decide on whether I like the black and white or color better. They are both excellent.

Awsome, I love how there is a lot of fog undere the brigde. I don't see anything like that over here on the other coast of the US. I also don't get to travle much either :( . Keep up the good work.
