New cellphone suggestion?

Hi guys;

I'm currently in the market to change my cellphone, and this time, I'm looking for something that can take some half-decent pictures. I know it will never replace my 450D but it could be fun to have such a cellphone when I don't have my camera with me and I need to shoot something.

My current cellphone (Motorola W385 I think) pictures are crap! My friend has a Sony Ericsson cellphone and it takes decent pictures (at least you can actually tell what's on the picture).

Any suggestions?

Nokia is known for their camera/phones. I have a Sony-Ericsson W810i that I love. It is older, but it has actual AF so pictures are much better than you'd expect. I'd look at some of the newer Sony phones, they even have a Cyber-Shot line of phones that are meant to take excellent pictures at around 5MP. Just make sure you get one that has AF and not fixed focus.
