I like this a lot better than the one from last week. Not perfect, but getting better, I think.

Heaps better!
The Original was far too noisy and lacked a subject.
I quite like this one!

Generally great result, but it's a little bit lop-sided and off-kilter... can't help but want a wider angle or touch more to the right. I didn't see the previous one so can't compare, but looking good. Cheers, Tony

Thank you, tonydee! I shot it with the intent to crop it; I tried a couple spots, and this is the one that I like the best. When I stretch it more to the right, it seems too centered. My second choice was between the two lights at the far right. But here it is, full length. I don't mind being wrong, if it's better this way let me know.

I think this wider one is better overall, but it's only my opinion. Getting closer does add impact.
I know it's silly, but the angle onto the sportsground makes it look like the right side's downhill from the left... I'm almost inclined to straightening it in PP. And some part of me wants to go cartoonish and have a baseball flying out of the stadium with whoosh marks behind :-P. I think it's all that relatively featureless space... of course there's a nice smattering of lights, but relative to that stadium it looks empty.
More seriously, it's a really good result: the stadium looks energised and the sky superb, and if this is a favourite vantage and you're keen to keep experimenting with this, perhaps HDR would be an option to get more shadow detail - see how that feels.
Cheers, Tony
