First light for my modded 20D from a dark site? Yup! Mag 6 skies, I piggybacked my camera with 24mm canon lens at f/4 on my ETX and took a series of 2 min exposures, about 10 of them and a 3 minute test shot before I noted my lens dewed up and had to pack in.:mad:
It has been a long while since I have done some astrophotography so im a bit rusty. It took me 3 tries to get it down like it is but I am not sure I am satisfied. I think the whole thing is a bit under exposed. I probably could have done 3-5 min subs with out much trouble to get more data. Oh well.
