would you prefer canon 20-30/3.5-4.5 or sigma 17-35/2.8-4 for my eos d60?
thanks to answer

I'd say it depends on your demands...
Keep in mind that you have to multiply your lens-mm with 1.6 to get the right equivalent to a "normal" lens... I'm using the 17-35mm L lens from Canon and wouldn't want to miss one mm indoors. That's (and because the Sigmas aperture starts at 2.8) why i'd suggest the Sigma -

I had a lot of af problems with the 17-35, it worked well on non digital cameras. I now have a canon 16-35...it is so much better. I think the Sigma 15-35 is better than the 17-35.
