I like the composition and hate the sky. You should have used the "Mother Nature" (tm) Filter to make it a nice blue ;)

Seriously though, they look good and the color is great. Are they a little soft or is it my old eyes?

Well, as I said the weather was cloudy. And the sky had a bright grey colour so it was very difficult to establish a good exposure.
Anyway, the pictures are pretty bosted in Photoshop since the originals looks pretty crap ( boosted contrast and boosted red channel too because that mausoluem is kind a brown-red).

The "Mother Nature"(tm) Filter was a joke. I have a hundred shots where I wish I could have controlled nature enough to lighten, darken or otherwise change the sky to make the picture better. :D
