Time to amalgamate G1,G2,G3 forums?

I suggest that since the volume of postings has increased so much and G1, G2, G3 cameras are so similar, it would be best to amalgamate these three subsections into one.

Here I disagree.

There are still some "new" G1 and G2 users who are purchasing the cameras second hand, and (me being a "new" G1 owner) I fear confusion and such when trying to find specific information about one camera that isn't necessarily the case with the newer (or older) models.
