If you took some photos and they wanted the RAW files how much would you charge?

They aren't the best photos I've taken but they are really cute. I feel kinda weird about giving her the raws from the shoot :o

Smugmug is down or I would post an example.

First thing's first...make sure she knows about raw and if she can process the files herself, what she'll need if she can't.

This is where your creative fee falls, its arbitrary.

I'd say against giving her the actual original files in all cases if they are photos you ever want to keep..but if you're just "whatever" about them, then whatever. As much as you want, as little as you want. 50 $, 150$, 350 $, 500$, its all up to you!

I personally wouldn't give out a RAW file. What need could she possibly have for buying a RAW file? And they're your photos, you feel weird about it so don't feel pressured and don't give in if you don't want to.

Just give out hi-res jpegs.

It's very likely your contact does not realize there is a difference between raw-files (the format) and "raw" files (i.e. unedited images).

Chances are high the contact just wants high-res images.
