Sorry, "around here" is Charlotte, NC. I know 4 people with Z-4s and 3 of them are women, the fourth, well, let's just say he is not a woman but wishes he were. :D

Loads of guys drive BMWs here, they are cool cars. It is just the Z4 that is the object of ridicule, not BMWs in general. I would rather drive an Isetta.... well, truth is I would LOVE to drive an Isetta, but that is beside the point. ;)

Well, lets not go astray on this photo, does it really matter if it's a girlz car, or guys car. Look at the photo, I think everything about it is low in quality. Half the car is dark.... and the reflection of the sun and people off the body, and the background is too busy.... Sorry to be harsh.

Was I suppose to be critquing the photo. If not my bad....

I agree with jeffbmw that the photo need improvement. I find it almost impossible to get a good shot of a car at midday. Try earlier or later, or on an overcast day.

I Own 2 BMW's, an M3 and a 3 ltr Z4 I am the father of 2 children and have an incredibly attractive wife. I spent many years In the army (4 of them with special forces) and only now do I find out that I should have been batting for the other side. Bugger, all those wasted opportunities :confused:

I was just poking fun with monkey_wrench and wasn't intent on offending anyone.

Don't get me wrong, I still think it is an ugly car, but the entire point was more to have fun with an otherwise unremarkable photo than it was to actually insult the car, the owner, the photographer or anyone who happens to think that it is not an ugly car.

Well over all I think it's all in good fun.... I have to admit the sarcasm is funny and all different views. I think this is a pretty boring thread now ... lets move to some real photo's... someone break the ice and put a kick z4 photo up... haha not like you could take one.... the challenge is on.

Not a Z4, but this is my baby. I took this shot last year and am really looking forward to getting out this spring and trying to improve. (I still have my winter tires on). I'd like to get in some 'panning' shots, and some stills in front of an old abandoned factory or something.
