Stag Party (Bachelor Party) Photos

Kinda wedding related.

I get married next month so last week we had a week long stag party aboard a Yacht sailing/motoring around the islands of Croatia.

Camera's arent normally a must have for stag partys but on this trip with two wedding photographers involved (me and Nick) we were always gonna have a couple of cameras with us.

Pics below are from one of our 5D MKII's or Nicks little Canon P&S which he has a waterproof housing for. Most of the pics were taken/setup by Nick but he did let me take the odd shot, when I was sober.

Interesting that most people like the last one the most, it was shot with a little canon Ixus in a waterproof housing.... bet that makes my 5D MKII jealous :)

Seriously GREAT work! You absolutely captured the beauty of the location, the feeling of male bonding going on, the fun etc. awesome. The only thing I might tweak is the horizon line in the stunning sunset shot. It is crooked and the white line framing the photo makes it more obvious. I'd keep the white line border, but straighten the horizon line. Of course, I have my computer on my lap, so maybe I"M the crooked one... great set, thanks for posting it. I had a different vision of "stag party photos" when I first opened the post. bwa ha ha. Terrific work.

Thanks for the nice comments, yup the sunset shot is a bit crooked, I was editing and blogging as we were still on the trip so I was definitely a little sloppy with some of my editing.... if not drunk whilst I was doing it :) .... and I was treading water when I took the shot so it was always gonna be a little crooked :)

I think its amazing how the human eye can spot it though, I pulled it into photoshop to see how far out it was and it looks like about 1.29 degrees which doesn't sound like a lot but its definitely visible isnt it!

Thanks again for the nice comments, was a fantastic stag do with so many great photo opportunities, hoping we get another one (same level but different) in the next few years, fingers crossed... and pennies being saved for it. :)
