Hi all,

I have a 40d and I shoot RAW. I use Adobe Bridge (and PS4) for the conversion and there are no problems. I recently bought the g10 and I am shooting RAW. Only thing is, I can't seem to get files in Bridge. I see a preview of the jpg-file it also shoots (and this one I can open in PS4 without probs), and then a generic logo for the RAW file. And I can't open this file?!

I have attached a screen shot of the view I get in Bridge. This shows the jpg file and the RAW file.

If I double click on the RAW file, it tries to open in Photoshop, but fails with the following error message:" Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document"

Any ideas on what to do?

/J

You need to update adobe Camera Raw or use the supplied Canon software to render the rAW into a JPEG.

Hi,

I'm on what I believe is the latest version of Bridge, 3.0.0.464.

Is there an update out?

It is not bridge that you need to update, but Adobe Camera Raw.
