Not sure about this one. My initial split-second thought was two ladies sharing a joke or something, one leaning back to laugh, but very quickly I saw she was leaning back way too far to be credible. So, perhaps a "oh dear I'm (emotionally) exhausted or exasperated" after a joke or shared story. But, that back story doesn't click particularly well either. The lady at left looking away looks too unaffected, controlled and disengaged for such a display. Which leaves a deliberately contrived pose: as such it looks awkward.

They really are wicked outfits though.

The guy overlapping the right edge draws my attention overly: perhaps blur him a bit...?

It took me an extra second or so to work out who's hand that is as the left model's shoulder rotation leads me to believe both hands are on her waist.
That's just my crazy eyes though....

This is the 3rd time I've seen these outfits?
Must be the traditional Mall outfit ;)

Yes....they were sharing a joke..... and I agree with your analysis....

hahaha.....No... those were not the traditional mall outfit. They were part of the Honda Formula F1 roadshow. They did asked me how do they look in those outfit..... I said the outfit looks great to me and have enhanced their elements.....hehehe. They laugh.
